Texture Tuesday







I really liked this week's theme.
Orange.
It's the new black.
I made this coat last year out of some bark cloth like
fabric I found at the Goodwill. There was alot of it.

I've also made curtains and shades and still have enough left over 
for I don't know what. Maybe a coat for my dog.
Wouldn't we be quite the pair strolling down Main Street.

Oh!
I used two textures. One was an orange squash color overlay and the
other was Kim's Cracker Jack.

  5. Orange has never been my favorite color and I really struggled to find some creativity for Texture Tuesday. But, you captured something gorgeous!! LOVE the coat and the texture work. Great job!

  7. Wonderful use of the texture, cool coat and the suitcases are just the right item to set the mood. Coat for the dog, great idea...sounds like a photo for a greeting card.

  13. I love it! What a fabulous shot and such a vintage feel to it. I think a dog coat would be great..will you put the fur around it too...LOL!
